What happens to your voice memo.
The short version: the audio is deleted as soon as it is processed, there is no account to create, and nothing is stored on your device — so there is no cookie banner on this site.
Your audio
The file you upload goes to object storage and is fetched once by RepurposeAPI, which transcribes it (OpenAI Whisper) and generates the three artifacts (OpenAI GPT). The file is deleted immediately after a successful job, and within 24 hours in every other case, including failures.
The download link that RepurposeAPI is given is a signed URL that expires after two hours. It is not a public address and it is not guessable.
The transcript and the generated PRD, ticket and commit message are kept for 90 days so a result page you bookmark keeps working, then deleted.
What is measured
Which pages are viewed, whether a memo was submitted, whether it completed or failed, which of the three outputs was copied, and whether someone joined the waitlist. This is how the decision gets made about whether to keep building the paid version.
Visitors are counted with a daily-rotating one-way hash of the network address and browser string. It cannot be reversed to a person, it is not stored on your device, and it changes at midnight UTC — so there is no way to follow anyone from one day to the next, by design. Events are deleted after 400 days.
Never stored: raw network addresses, raw browser strings, the contents of a memo, its transcript, or any generated output.
Your email
Only if you type it into the waitlist form. It is used once, to tell you the paid product opened. No newsletter, no marketing, not shared with anyone. Reply to that email asking to be removed and the row is deleted.
Who else touches it
There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and no social embeds on this site. Fonts and icons are served from this domain rather than a CDN, specifically so that loading a page does not tell a third party you were here.
Where it runs
Stockholm, Sweden (Fly.io arn region). The OpenAI processing that RepurposeAPI performs happens in the United States.
Asking about your data
There is no account, so there is usually nothing to look up. If you joined the waitlist and want the row removed, or you want to know whether a memo you submitted still exists, email privacy@voxspec.dev.
